Anuj Gaur is a transformative technology leader who has spent his career turning IT complexity into competitive advantage - and today, he's doing it at scale.

As VP of Global IT at Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company with 11 diverse business groups and over $12 billion in annual revenue, Anuj and his team drive initiatives that have redefined how Marmon communicates, secures its systems, streamlines its ERP landscape, and empowers its people through a decentralized, innovation-first IT model.

Anuj's most forward-leaning focus is the one defining the next chapter of enterprise leadership: AI adoption at scale. He has established an AI CoE which is actively driving enterprise-wide AI capabilities - helping Marmon's business groups harness AI not as a future aspiration, but as a present-day operational reality.

His path reflects both depth and range. Before Marmon, Anuj served as CIO for PE-backed organizations and held senior leadership roles at GE, KPMG, and Sabre - building a career defined by strategic agility and measurable impact across industries and business models.

Throughout his career, Anuj has explored how to leverage technology to create value for businesses. He gives back through mentoring employees and social work in the community. Anuj encourages the next generation of technology leaders to embrace new technologies and drive business enablement.
